165438+1On October 4th, the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the Notice on Further Improving the Application and Organizing the Implementation of Comprehensive Renovation Projects in Old Residential Areas in 2022.

The notice pointed out that in order to implement the decision-making and deployment of the municipal party committee and municipal government, the comprehensive renovation task of old residential areas in the city during the 14th Five-Year Plan period will be promoted in an orderly manner, the renovation plan will be arranged scientifically and rationally, the project implementation process will be optimized and improved, and the declaration for comprehensive renovation of old residential areas in 2022 and related work notices will be issued and organized for implementation.

The notice proposes to carry out mass work in an all-round way; Improve the management of renovation project declaration; Implementation methods and financing mechanisms to encourage innovation; Classify and accelerate the transformation of old residential areas with mixed property rights between the central and local governments; Pay attention to the transformation of project classification structure; Strengthen the work notification mechanism.

In addition, the notice mentioned that in next year's work plan, according to the work requirements of combining the "task system" and "declaration system" for the renovation of old residential areas during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, the municipal-level renovation plan for old residential areas will be arranged in 2022, with no less than 400 newly confirmed residential areas, no less than 300 newly started residential areas and no less than 100 newly completed residential areas.
