Luoyang New Street North Extension Demolition Scope

Jurisprudence analysis: the north extension construction project of Xinyi Street starts from Luoji Expressway in the north and ends at Jiudu East Road in the south. Among them, the planned red line from Luoji Expressway to Longhai Railway is 60 meters, with 8 lanes in both directions. The demolition of buildings within the red line of the road belongs to the government of the jurisdiction, and the construction plan belongs to the municipal housing and construction department.

Legal basis: According to Article 17 of the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land, the compensation given to the expropriated person by the people's government at the city or county level that made the decision on house expropriation includes: (1) compensation for the value of the expropriated house; (two) relocation compensation and temporary resettlement caused by the expropriation of houses; (3) Compensation for losses caused by expropriation of houses.
