According to the provisions of Article 35 of the Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in Beijing:

2, in other time period for decoration work, measures should be taken to reduce the interference to the surrounding living environment.

3. In other buildings that have been completed and delivered for use, measures should be taken to reduce the interference to the surrounding living environment.

Judging from the above regulations, decoration construction in Beijing can only be carried out from 8 am to noon 12 on weekdays and from 14 to 18 in the afternoon, and construction is prohibited on legal holidays and rest days.

Even if construction is allowed, corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the interference of noise on neighbors' lives. After all, they will be neighbors in the future, and it is also beneficial to others to do enough anti-interference measures.

Residential areas are Class I areas, and the noise standard is 55 decibels during the day and 45 decibels at night. Exceeding this range can be regarded as noise pollution. You can negotiate with the construction owner or the property. If the owner refuses to stop or the property does not act, he can call the police.

According to the provisions of Article 43 of the Measures for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in Beijing:

In violation of the provisions of these measures, anyone who commits any of the following acts shall be given a warning by the public security department, and if he still fails to make corrections after the warning, he shall be fined from 200 yuan to 500 yuan: (5) Failing to control the volume or take measures in accordance with the provisions of Article 34 of these measures, making noise indoors and disturbing the surrounding living environment; (six) failing to carry out renovation work in accordance with the provisions of article thirty-fifth, which interferes with the surrounding living environment.

Therefore, we must choose the right time to decorate the house in the community so as not to disturb the normal life of others.
