Is Oriental Sun City in Shunyi, Beijing illegal?

Beijing Shunyi Oriental Sun City is not an illegal construction project. It belongs to Shunyi District, located beside the Chaobai River and outside the Sixth Ring Road. Developed and constructed by Beijing Oriental Sun City Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the first phase of the project was opened on July 2004 12, when the price was 8200 yuan/square meter. In March 2005, the blank was delivered, with a total area of 2.34 million square meters, a building area of 700,000 square meters, a floor area ratio of 0.3 (scarce) and 30% parking spaces.
