Flammable and explosive decorative materials should be properly placed. Offenders will breach the contract according to the regulations, and those with serious circumstances will bear legal responsibility.

5. Decoration construction personnel must strictly implement the regulations on goods release. When the decoration materials are brought out, the person in charge of the construction unit or the owner must issue a release form to the management center. Without valid release documents issued by the management center, they will not be released.

6. It is strictly forbidden for decoration construction personnel to post advertisements or distribute promotional materials in the park, and once found, they will be deducted from 200 yuan decoration penalty.

7. Items other than decoration materials must be approved by the owner before entering the park.

8. Construction personnel should be civilized construction, dignified appearance into residential areas. It is forbidden to enter the park with bare shoulders and back and wearing slippers, which shall not affect the rest and normal life of other owners. Once found, it will be dealt with seriously according to relevant regulations.

9. Each construction unit shall post the approval letter of decoration construction at the door of the construction unit for inspection.

10. It is forbidden for construction workers to climb over the fence and floor of the park and play or fight in the park. If theft is found, the decoration construction permit will be confiscated and the decoration qualification will be cancelled. Depending on the seriousness of the case, it shall be handed over to the public security organ for handling.

12. It is strictly forbidden for construction personnel to urinate in public areas such as decoration units and vacant property houses, otherwise 200 yuan will be punished at one time.

13. Construction personnel should take good care of the public facilities in the community, and it is forbidden to destroy or misappropriate, trample flowers and plants, climb trees and pick flowers and fruits, otherwise the security guards have the right to confiscate the decoration construction permit.

The decoration personnel should close the doors and windows of the decoration unit after the daily construction, cut off the power supply, and take good care of their own decoration materials and tools. Decoration personnel shall ensure the construction safety of their decoration units, and the decoration company shall be responsible for all accidents in the construction process.

15. The decoration personnel of the decoration unit who have not gone through the extension formalities after the expiration of the decoration approval of the decoration unit are not allowed to enter the park for construction.

The above regulations are expected to be observed by all decoration units, and the management center will send management personnel to check at any time. In case of violation of the above provisions, the deposit will be deducted or repaid according to the seriousness of the case (the decoration company will be responsible for the serious consequences), and the property management center has the final interpretation right.
