Personal work summary of property customer service

As a property customer service, from my own point of view, I have done well these days, but this is only from my own point of view, and I want to make a summary of how to do it. I have gained a lot from my work during this period and finished my work according to the requirements of the leaders. But I know there are still some shortcomings in my work, so I also make a summary of my work from several aspects.

As the customer service of xx Property, my main job is to solve some problems of residents in our community. The work seems relatively simple, but it is definitely not easy to do it well. No matter what attitude residents use to talk to us, we should communicate with them in a good attitude. We should consider this issue from the standpoint of residents. If we encounter the same problem ourselves, we will inevitably be upset, so we must understand the tone and attitude of the residents, and only in this way can we help them solve the problem.

During this period of work, I have always maintained a good attitude to communicate with residents. First of all, I will try my best to stabilize their emotions. There is no way to explain the problem clearly when we are in emotion, but we can only solve their problems clearly, so we must stabilize their emotions first. Find out the problems they want our property to solve, and then report them to Tietie for the leaders to arrange people to solve them. After the problem is solved, ask the residents how satisfied they are with us and whether they have any opinions on our handling methods. If they have any opinions, they can try to improve them later.

The leaders agree with me so much, so the residents' satisfaction with me is relatively high during this period, but I also know that I need to continue to work hard. Although I can solve most problems well, a few problems still need the help of leaders or colleagues, which is where I need to work hard in the future. I will study hard in the future, so that I can learn more ways to deal with problems, so as to deal with every problem of residents and make every resident feel satisfied. I know it's difficult to do this, but I think it's only a matter of time as long as I work hard.

In the next stage of work, I will certainly continue to study hard and handle my work well, so that I can make more progress and gain more in this stage of work and improve my working ability.
