These objective omissions provide opportunities for a few people to lose their right to use.

Second, the weakening of power supervision and restriction is the main crux of corruption.

Corruption is a social and historical phenomenon. Fundamentally speaking, it is the product of exploitation system and exploitation society. Under socialist conditions, corruption should disappear, because the class roots and class foundations of corruption no longer exist. But this is not the case. Therefore, only by mobilizing the power of the whole society and using a series of means such as politics, economy, administration and law to supervise and restrict power corruption and comprehensively rectify it can we get twice the result with half the effort. At present, the system in this area is still quite weak. Third, NPC and its representatives lack a guarantee mechanism to exercise their supervisory power. The current Constitution clearly states that all state power belongs to the people. All state organs and functionaries must rely on the support of the people, keep in touch with them, listen to their opinions and suggestions, and accept their supervision. However, the constitution is the fundamental law of the country and cannot and cannot replace other special laws. It is not enough to confirm the people's leadership and supervision over the country only in the constitution. A large number of specific legal documents and measures are needed. At present, the system in this area is extremely lacking. Therefore, these requirements in the constitution are still difficult to implement. The fourth is the lack of supervision.
