During the pre-property period of ordinary houses, the deduction ratio of management fees for the owners to collect and keep profitable funds is determined by the "double-and-a-half" owners and the property service enterprises through consultation, and 20% of the profitable funds will be deducted temporarily before consultation; After the establishment of the owners' congress, ordinary houses and other properties shall be determined by the owners' congress or the owners' committee in consultation with the property service enterprises.
The "Notice" also clarifies that property service enterprises should publicize the enterprise name, service content, the level of property services provided, service standards and the government-guided price of ordinary residential property services in a prominent position in the property management area, and consciously accept the supervision of the owners.
