Who owns the residential property?

Legal analysis: the competent department of residential property is the local real estate administrative department, that is, the housing construction department of the housing authority. Property management refers to the activities in which the owner selects a property service enterprise, and the owner and the property service enterprise, in accordance with the property service contract, repair, maintain and manage the houses, supporting facilities and related sites, and maintain the environmental sanitation and related order in the property management area.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Regulations on Property Management. The State Council construction administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of the national property management activities. The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
