According to historical records, in the early years of the Republic of China, Xingfu Village was under the jurisdiction of Mengyin County; 1958 belongs to Huang Zhuang people's commune; After several evolutions, it is now under the jurisdiction of Huangzhuang Town, Gangcheng District, Laiwu City.

From the construction of the village to the national liberation, there was no irrigated land in the village. 1959, Zhang Wenqi, the first secretary of the village party branch, led the whole village to build a barrage in a place called Zhuangzi ditch in Zhuangxi, which irrigated 30% of the two crops in the village. In the winter of 1974, a reservoir with a capacity of 15000 cubic meters was built at the foot of Qishan under the leadership of Liu Xunsan, the second secretary, and was rated as a famous star project in the city.

The village has had the habit of burning kilns since ancient times. There are many kinds of kilns, ranging from mud whistle to cauldrons that can hold three or four hundred kilograms of grain. In the former Happiness Village, the traffic was very inconvenient, and there was no decent road in the village. Villagers live in scattered areas. A river divides the village into three parts, from Hedong to Hexi. In summer, water flows through the chamber, and in winter, the river overflows, making it more difficult to go from west to east. Under the leadership of the Party branch, the villagers built a bridge in the village at their own expense-Convenience Bridge, built a riverbank along the Hexi River, renovated the roads on both sides of the river, and made the roads in the village extend in all directions. Tractors and tricycles have become the main tools for farmers to work.

Happiness village people have now reached per capita 1 mu orchard, and the town has sent fruit tree technicians to guide fruit tree management and pest control. The village led the next mountain spring to the village, and every villager drank sweet tap water.

While planting orchards in a large area, the village has also vigorously developed other industries and intensified the adjustment of industrial structure. Now there are fish farmers and large cash crop growers, planting ginger and vegetable greenhouses on land with convenient water conservancy conditions. Now every household in the village has a color TV set, most villagers have built new houses before leaving the building, and more than 70% families have telephoned.
