Yufeng Community, together with the street property department, fire department, comprehensive law enforcement bureau, police station in the jurisdiction, residential property company and other departments and units, held a joint Council of "Qinchuan Minsheng". At the meeting, Yufeng Community and Wuguan Company made a detailed report on the disorderly stacking of Jinteng Home. In recent years, residential areas and properties have posted notices in residential areas many times to clean up the sundries piled up in public areas, but there have been many resurgence phenomena. There are a lot of sundries in the overhead floor, which is difficult to clean up. Communication with residents is not effective. On the basis of full discussion and deliberation, all departments finally formulated a special action plan for improving the living environment of Jinteng Jiayuan Community.

Before the special rectification, the community, residential property, comprehensive law enforcement bureau and other staff took the form of field visits to investigate the situation of "disorderly stacking", and actively sought the cooperation and understanding of residents, confirmed the sundries that need to be cleaned with each household, and issued a notice of self-cleaning and rectification to residents, so that residents could clean up the sundries stacked on the overhead floor and in the corridor in time. At the same time, property companies get in touch with people who recycle waste materials, so that they can come to the door to recycle materials and provide convenience for residents to clean up sundries. Under the mobilization and publicity in the early stage, most residents actively cooperated and rectified themselves. For a few residents who don't understand and cooperate, community workers patiently and meticulously communicate and explain. In view of the sundries that have not been cleaned up after the expiration, the community, with the assistance of the street comprehensive law enforcement bureau, carried out a three-day centralized cleaning of Jinteng Home, and created a "model building" by centrally cleaning residential buildings to encourage residents to purify themselves.
