Party B:

In order to resolutely implement the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), carry out the fire protection policy of "prevention first, combining prevention with elimination", strictly supervise and manage fire protection, strengthen fire protection management, prevent fires, reduce fire losses, and ensure the normal business order of the parking lot and the safety of personnel and property, Party A and Party B, in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the local fire safety regulations of Kunming,

1. According to the principle of "whoever is in charge is responsible", Party A entrusts Party B to be responsible for the division of fire safety and security work in the parking lot.

Two. Responsibilities and obligations of Party A:

1. Responsible for the organization of fire safety prevention in the parking lot, regularly carry out fire safety knowledge propaganda and fire escape drills, regularly arrange fire inspection, and timely report or rectify fire hazards.

2. Be responsible for the management and maintenance of public fire control facilities and equipment in this parking lot, implement various fire control laws and regulations, and earnestly implement safety management measures.

3. When a fire breaks out in this parking lot, be responsible for organizing fire fighting in time and assisting the government fire department in fire fighting and rescue work.

4. Other fire control responsibilities and obligations that should be undertaken by this parking lot.

Three. Responsibilities and obligations of Party B:

1. Actively support, cooperate and participate in the fire safety activities organized by Party A, consciously cultivate fire awareness and publicize the importance of fire control work.

2. Do not store inflammable and explosive dangerous goods in the duty room or vehicles.

3. Do not use electrical appliances illegally, do not use electricity beyond capacity, and do not use gas appliances such as liquefied gas and pipeline gas illegally.

4. Educate and train staff, especially children, to learn fire escape skills, call the police, do not play with fire, and do not set off fireworks.

5. In case of fire emergency, you can calmly and accurately give an alarm to 1 19 and put out the fire to guide and assist others to escape.

6. Other fire control responsibilities and obligations that should be undertaken by this parking lot.

Four. Party A and Party B shall earnestly perform the responsibilities and obligations of the above-mentioned fire safety management, and bear relevant legal consequences in case of violation.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) For matters not covered in this agreement, both parties can sign a supplementary agreement through consultation. The supplementary agreement has the same effect as this agreement.

6. This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signature by both parties.
