Can the rental deposit offset my unpaid property management fee?

Rental deposit can be used as unpaid property management fee when the lease contract expires.

The function of deposit refers to the deposit used by the lessee to perform the lease contract.

If the lessee breaches the contract (as stipulated in the liability contract for breach of contract), the lessor may not return the deposit.

If the lessee fails to breach the contract, and the contract expires (or the lessor withdraws the lease halfway), the lessor shall fully refund the deposit paid by the lessee. If the lessee fails to pay the property management fee, the payable property management fee may be deducted and an invoice issued, and the balance shall be returned to the lessee in full.
