1. Set up dial-up connection according to the operator's requirements, connect the operator's optical cat and other equipment separately, and ping the operator's gateway or DNS server address after dialing the Internet;

2. If the ping fails, it means that the operator's external network cannot work. Just call the operator to fix it.

3. If the ping indicates that the external network is normal, it has nothing to do with the operator's network, and the fault lies in the router. If the router is restored to the factory settings and then reset, the fault can be eliminated.

4. If the router still doesn't work after the above step 3, it can be judged that the hardware of the router is faulty and the router can only be replaced.
