Maintenance of farmland irrigation and drainage machinery

Irrigation and drainage machine is a common agricultural tool, which can effectively irrigate fields or remove excess water and facilitate agricultural production. When the irrigation and drainage machine is idle, if it is not properly maintained, it will easily lead to corrosion damage or even unusable. So the irrigation and drainage machine should be well maintained after use.

First, disassemble the motor in time and put it indoors for maintenance. Clean the dirt, dust and other dirt on the shell first, and then check and repair the movement. If there is no abnormality, it can be put into storage. Pay attention to packaging before warehousing to prevent dust, humidity and rain.

Second, put away the residual water from pumps and hoses in time and collect it. At the same time, check the wear degree of water pump impeller, bearing, cup and other parts, and repair or replace them. In addition, the bearings should be cleaned with gasoline, and the rust at the bottom valve and elbow of the water pump should be cleaned with a wire brush, and then coated with butter separately for storage.

Third, the deep well pump should be started from time to time after it stops to prevent the rotating parts from rusting. Generally speaking, it should start every 7- 10 days for about 30 minutes each time. If the storage period is long, the pump needs to be taken out of the well and put into storage after maintenance.

Four, all kinds of pipes to stop using, to clean. Pay attention to repaint the iron pipe, keep the hose away from gasoline and store it in a dry warehouse.

5. After confirming that the whole machine is in good condition, install it, coat it with lubricating oil, put it in a ventilated and dry place indoors and store it off the ground.
