In 2004, it was the first to pass the ISO900 1 international quality system certification. Since the school was founded, it has been rated as a provincial and municipal rural labor force training unit, a provincial civilized campus, a municipal civilized unit and a garden unit.

Guangzhou Campus of Guangdong Southern Technician College is established on the basis of Guangzhou Jinqiao Management Cadre College, which is a technician college established in Guangzhou by amber Education Group, a well-known domestic educational institution listed on the New York Stock Exchange. In 2009, the campus was awarded the title of China Animation and Game Talent Training Base by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Guangzhou Campus is located in the training base of Guangzhou Science City, which is the most powerful and advanced experimental training base in the whole province and even in South China. Covering an area of 100 mu, with a building area of 62,000 square meters. The campus environment is beautiful, the transportation is convenient, and all kinds of equipment and facilities are readily available. The student dormitory has all realized air conditioning, direct drinking water, solar hot water and internet access, and is an ideal study place.

There are more than 3000 students in Guangzhou campus. The school has more than 20 majors in five categories: animation art design, economy and trade, electromechanical technology, automobile inspection and maintenance, and computer application. Equipped with more than 30 professional training rooms and workshops, with 3000 sets of training equipment.

Guangzhou Campus has a strong faculty, with more than 120 faculty members. Teachers and technicians with senior titles account for 48% of campus teachers. In order to ensure the teaching, the animation art major in the school has a Liu Wei Studio led by Professor Liu Wei, a famous animation expert in Guangzhou. Computer major has strong technical support from the IT training platform of Anbo Education Group, the first brand of IT training in China. The automobile specialty has the automobile skill appraisal center approved by the provincial department, and the electromechanical specialty has the seamless connection with Industry-University-Research of Guangdong Machinery Research Institute. In addition, all technical students in the school can receive CCEP (College Students' Professional Quality Improvement Project) education services developed by Anbo Education Group and promoted by the Ministry of Education to the whole country.
