After the house is delivered, except for some long-term expenses, only the property fee needs to be paid.

1. public utility working capital, multi-storey residential 200 yuan/household; High-rise residential 400 yuan/household; The working capital of hydropower must be stored in a special account, earmarked for special purposes, and published regularly, subject to the supervision of the owners or the owners' committee. If the owner pays the fee directly through the bank, he may not charge.

2 decoration deposit, multi-storey residential maximum shall not exceed 800 yuan/household; High-rise residential buildings shall not exceed 1500 yuan/household.

3. In principle, the transportation fee for garbage and sludge decoration shall be cleaned by the owners themselves. If the property company needs to clean it up, it shall be charged according to the actual cost and reported to the competent price bureau for the record; If the owner explicitly does not carry out the decoration in writing, it may not be handed in; Upon completion of renovation by the owner and acceptance by the property management company, the renovation deposit will be returned to the owner within 15 working days from the date of acceptance.

4. Public facilities fee. For new facilities that are not clearly matched in the commercial housing sales contract, the following fees can be charged, and the clearly matched items cannot be charged repeatedly: a. Public security fees: shared according to the actual costs, and relevant expense vouchers are required; B, cable TV installation fee; C, pipeline gas installation fee.
