If the lessee resigns, the original employer shall notify the municipal housing security department in writing within 15 days from the date of resignation. If the lessee fails to return the house after leaving the company, he shall pay the rent according to the standard of public rental housing from the date of leaving the company to the date of being hired by the new employer in this city. /kloc-If it is not employed by the new employer in this city after 0/year, the rent shall be paid according to the market-guided rent.

Thirteenth outstanding talents who have worked full-time in this city for 10 years after signing the rent-free housing lease contract, have made outstanding contributions and obtained the household registration in this city, and can apply to the municipal housing security department for donating the rented housing through their units.

Audited in line with the conditions of the gift, the municipal housing security department shall submit the joint meeting of the city's talent housing work for approval. After examination and approval, the municipal housing security department will sign a housing gift contract with outstanding talents.
