What does the property user mean?

The lessee of the property or the person who actually legally uses the property.

According to the mutual agreement with the owner, the property user enjoys the corresponding rights and performs the corresponding obligations of the owner. If the property user fails to perform the agreement, the owner shall bear joint and several liability. The contents agreed between the owner and the user of the property shall not violate the provisions of laws, regulations and management regulations.

The owner or the user of the property shall inform the property service enterprise in writing of the agreement between the two parties.
