What unit is the property service center?

The Property Management Service Center is a functional department under the Group, with offices, accounting offices, business departments, water and electricity maintenance departments, health and cleaning departments and security departments. The main responsibilities are as follows:

1. Maintenance and maintenance of houses and public facilities in residential areas and commercial buildings;

2. Daily maintenance and maintenance of power supply lines, heating pipe networks, water supply and drainage lines, septic tanks, roads, street lamps, transformers, scenic spots, kilns, external walls of houses and other public facilities and equipment;

3. Cleaning, cleaning and sanitation of green belts in public places, roads and corridors in residential areas and commercial buildings, and garbage removal after daily cleaning; Clean and remove kiln wells, septic tanks and rainwater wells;

4. Maintenance work such as pruning, replanting, garden layout, regular soil cultivation, fertilization, weeding and pest control of flowers and trees in the community;

5. Organize community cultural activities, enrich the amateur culture of the owners, create a good community cultural environment, and maintain the order of cultural and entertainment places;

6. Management of convenience service outlets and parking spaces;

7. Assist the public security department to maintain the public order of the residential area and commercial buildings, ensure the personal and property safety of the owners and business households, and maintain the stability of the residential area;

8. Be responsible for the storage and use of fire-fighting equipment, the management of inflammable and explosive articles in residential areas and commercial buildings, and the fire-fighting publicity;

9. Vehicles entering and leaving the community drive and park in an orderly manner;

10. Provide various paid services to owners and business households;
