Note: 1. Sales of houses (including new commercial houses and existing houses) to enterprises registered for less than 3 years (excluding enterprises specializing in housing leasing business) are suspended in the restricted purchase area.

2. In the administrative area of Zhengzhou City, houses purchased after May 3 (inclusive) shall not be listed and transferred for less than 3 years from the date of obtaining the certificate of immovable property rights.

3. In the administrative area of Zhengzhou City, if the house is transferred by gift after May 3 (inclusive), the donor can buy the house again after 3 years from the date of signing the gift contract and handling the transfer confirmation procedures.

Conditions for purchasing a house in Zhengzhou:

Meet one of the following conditions, you can buy a house in Zhengzhou:

1. Pay social security or individual tax for 24 consecutive months in Zhengzhou.
