Residential property fees can be paid monthly, quarterly and annually. Where there are provisions in the service contract signed with the property management company, the provisions in the contract shall prevail. Owners pay property fees from the moment they get the key and formally hand over the house.

I. Management fee

The management fee in the property refers to some management service fees, such as accounting management, property files, etc., for property staff to patrol, inspect, maintain and update public areas.
