This means that "the bankruptcy procedure of Eurasia Industry was officially launched".

Holland Palace in Holland Village used to be the office of Eurasian Industrial Company, but now it is guarded by two security guards. The property management company said that the staff inside were the liquidators of the municipal government and the Yuhong district government. In the past, the personnel of Eurasian Industrial Company were arranged separately, and some of them paid unemployment benefits or wage subsidies.
