Transfer of property information

It should be pointed out that all kinds of drawings, technical data, operating instructions, maintenance records and files of houses and facilities, as well as owner information related to property management, are the basic conditions for property management and service. With regard to the transfer of property management information, the Property Management Regulations clearly stipulates that (1) when a property management enterprise undertakes the property, it shall go through the property acceptance formalities with the owners' committee, and the owners' committee shall hand it over to the property management enterprise. (2) When the realty service contract is terminated, the realty management enterprise shall return the realty management information to the owners' committee. (3) When the realty service contract is terminated, if the owners' meeting selects a new realty management enterprise, the realty management enterprise shall do a good job of handover.
