With regard to the transfer of property management information, the Property Management Regulations clearly stipulates that (1) when a property management enterprise undertakes the property, it shall go through the property acceptance formalities with the owners' committee, and the owners' committee shall hand it over to the property management enterprise. (2) When the realty service contract is terminated, the realty management enterprise shall return the realty management information to the owners' committee. (3) When the realty service contract is terminated, if the owners' meeting selects a new realty management enterprise, the realty management enterprise shall do a good job of handover.
