The Dongli Community of Yiyuan Garden is quite large, and most of them are relocated houses in the village, with small property rights, about two-thirds. The remaining one-third is the big property right, and the big property right is the employee welfare house divided by several units in that year. Most of them are board buildings, with large spacing between buildings, good layout of apartment types and lighting.
