Model office building property service contract

Client: ×× Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as Party A)

Trustee: ×××××× Property Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Party B)

In order to strengthen the property management of the office building of the Intermediate People's Court of XX City, Party A entrusts Party B to send security order maintainers, equipment maintainers and cleaners to the building to provide property services. Chapter I Property Entrusted with Service

Chapter II Property Services
