Operators or vendors can earn reasonable profits from the equipment, and ensure the equipment quality and later fault maintenance.
Free delivery of equipment to the property management company
Operators invest in the construction of community charging stations, and all expenses shall be borne by operators. Generally speaking, the late benefits of this cooperation are shared by operators and property companies.
There are two main ways to share:

This kind of cooperative property company sells it to the operators of residential charging stations at a price higher than the cost to earn the difference in electricity charges. This kind of cooperative property company is settled by basic electricity price and operation release, and the operating income is divided in proportion.

30% of operating income is shared by property companies and 70% by operators.

Rights and obligations of Party A
Party A is responsible for the investment, construction and daily operation management of charging piles, and bears relevant expenses.
The number of charging piles invested by Party A shall be subject to the user's requirements, and the number of charging piles is not limited.
All products provided by Party A must meet relevant national quality standards and requirements.
The ownership of the charging pile invested and built by Party A belongs to Party A, and Party A is responsible for the maintenance and upgrade of relevant equipment to ensure the quality of charging service.
Party A guarantees legal operation, collects fees according to the actual fees, and negotiates with Party B to set reasonable prices according to market conditions.
Party A shall design relevant drawings according to field investigation and submit them to Party B for approval before formal construction.
Party A's related operations and activities in the community must be subject to the standardized management of Party B..
Party A shall ensure the safe operation of the charging business, and Party A shall bear relevant responsibilities for the accident losses caused by the quality of Party A's products.
All disputes between Party A and its customers caused by Party A have nothing to do with Party B. ..
Party A shall install power metering equipment as required and pay the electricity fee in full and on time.
If Party B adds new energy vehicles; Electric tricycle; Electric bicycles and subsequent charging equipment in the later stage of the project; Do not use other brands of charging equipment. Additional projects must be undertaken by Party A. If Party B violates this clause, it shall pay Party A a penalty of not less than RMB 654.38 million and not more than the total investment of Party A's project. ..
Except the charging profit, other income from the operation of charging piles invested and constructed by Party A belongs to Party A (such as advertising income, etc.). )
Rights and obligations of Party B
Party B shall cooperate with Party A in the construction, operation management and business development of charging piles.
Party B shall provide Party A with suitable installation locations and power access points for charging piles to ensure smooth construction and operation.
Party B cooperates with Party A to improve the utilization rate of charging piles.
Party B is responsible for effectively supervising the charging pile equipment to avoid being damaged or stolen.
Party B shall cooperate with Party A to publicize or guide the later customer development.
Party B and Party A * * * share the income generated by the charging pile business.
Party B guarantees that it will not charge any extra fees to Party A except the income agreed in this contract.
Party B shall not sign similar cooperation agreements with other third parties.
Electricity price and electricity bill settlement
The settlement electricity price of Party A and Party B is RMB/kWh, and the settlement period is RMB/kWh. After verification and confirmation by both parties, Party A shall pay Party B within working days after receiving Party B's official and legal invoice. ..
The charging profit generated by charging pile operation after deducting the electricity fee paid by Party A to Party B shall be shared equally by both parties, and settled according to the standard, with Party A accounting and Party B accounting.
Validity period of the agreement
What is the validity period of this agreement? Now, since the date of signature and seal by both parties, both parties can renew the agreement after its expiration.
If Party B withdraws from the property management work in this community midway, this agreement will automatically become invalid.
The charging pile invested by Party A in this community is a basic livelihood project, which is not limited by the validity period of the agreement after it is put into operation. If there is user demand, it can be operated for life.
If this agreement cannot be implemented due to force majeure, this agreement shall be dissolved.

Both parties shall be responsible for keeping confidential the information of the other party obtained in the course of cooperation and the cooperation terms of this contract.
breach a contact
If either party violates the above clauses (except the liability clause for breach of contract), the breaching party shall compensate the other party for all direct and related economic losses and bear relevant responsibilities.

In case of any dispute during the performance of this Agreement, Party A and Party B shall settle it through consultation, and the written document formed as an annex to this Agreement shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement; If no settlement can be reached through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the arbitration institution in the place where the agreement is signed for arbitration or court proceedings. Before the arbitration or court results are reached, the original terms of the agreement shall be unconditionally fulfilled.

For matters not covered in this agreement, both parties may sign a supplementary agreement, which has the same legal effect as this agreement.
