1. 2. The initial stage of formal heating is the thermal commissioning period, and the relevant heat exchange stations and heating equipment need to be adjusted, which may lead to temperature fluctuation. It is normal for the room temperature to rise gradually.

3. When the heating is not hot, residents can open the exhaust valve at home or on the top floor; If the temperature is normal in previous years, it is not hot this year or the radiator is hot and cold, you should consult your neighbors first. If the whole community is not hot, consult the heating company. If the neighboring neighbors have normal heating, it is a problem in the user's home. Users should check whether the valve in the home is open, whether the filter is blocked, and exhaust through the valve of the radiator. Strictly drain the hot water from the heating system privately by users, avoid the hydraulic imbalance of the system, and constantly replenish water, which leads to the slow rise of the overall temperature of the community.

4. Without permission, heat exchangers, pipeline pumps and other facilities shall not be installed and used. After heating, the heating company will intensify the inspection and ask users to supervise each other. If any abnormality is found, call the service number of the heating company in time to report it.
