Does Datong Eastcom International count as Yudong?

Yudong District is one of the new urban planning areas in Datong, the political, economic and cultural center after Datong, and a comprehensive new urban area with high-tech industry, cultural and educational undertakings, ecological greening and perfect functions.

The eastern part of Chongqing includes the ancient city, Caofulou, Shui Bo Temple, Shaling, Xiaonantou, Development Zone, Dang Liu Zhuang and other villages, with a total land area of 77 square kilometers, starting from beijing-baotou railway in the north, reaching Jingda Expressway in the south, 208 Highway in Xinxiang in the east and the east bank of Yu He River in the west.

Among them, the planned construction land is adjacent to beijing-baotou railway in the north, the newly-built urban traffic expressway extending eastward from Kaiyuan Street in the main urban area of Datong in the south, the newly-rerouted Highway 208 in the east and the north-south road on the east bank of Yu He River in the west, with a total land area of 46 square kilometers.

In addition to Wenying Lake and the shelterbelt around the lake and the construction of protected areas, the actual construction land during the planning period is about 28 square kilometers. The residential land in Yudong District is 676.23 hectares, accounting for 24% of the construction land in this area. By 2020, there will be a population of 200,000, with an average area of 33.438+0 square meters per person.

Yudong District of Datong City is a transportation hub connecting Beijing and Tianjin, a transitional area radiating from Shanxi, Hebei and Inner Mongolia, a core area for building a regional central city, a supporting living service area for a new industrial base, an undertaking area for the intellectual and demographic relief of the ancient city, and a demonstration area for ecological livability, energy conservation and environmental protection.
