Is it legal to transfer property to power supply?

Legal analysis: it is illegal to transfer property to power supply without the authorization of the power supply unit. Authorized by the power supply enterprise, no unit may supply power to the outside without authorization.

Legal basis: Article 20 of the Regulations on the Supply and Use of Electric Power shall follow the principles of safety, reliability, economy, reasonableness and easy management, and shall be determined by both the power supplier and the user through consultation according to the relevant state regulations, power grid planning, power demand and local power supply conditions. In areas where public power supply facilities have not arrived, power supply enterprises may entrust units with power supply capacity to supply power nearby. Without the authorization of the power supply enterprise, no unit may supply power to the outside without authorization.
