The process of property fee invoice is as follows:

2. Provide relevant information: The owner needs to provide the property management company with relevant billing information, including company name, taxpayer identification number, address and telephone number. This information will be used for invoicing and tax returns;

3. Invoicing: The property management company issues corresponding invoices according to the invoicing information provided by the owner. Under normal circumstances, the property management company will complete the billing work within one week;

4. Receiving invoices: The owner can receive the issued invoices from the property management company at the appointed time and place. If the invoice needs to be mailed, the property management company will also send the invoice to the owner in the agreed way.

To sum up, the vehicle management fee should be paid in full. For the property and parking space that has not been occupied or used for more than one month, the owner shall submit a written application to the property service enterprise in advance, and after confirmation, pay the management fees such as motor vehicle parking service fees or parking space utilities, sanitation fees, etc. according to the prescribed standard of 70%.

The owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract.
