Brief introduction of Shenyang China Resources Building

Shenyang Huarun Building is an international standard 5A commercial office building with a total construction area of 70,000 ㎡, standard floor area of 2,220 ㎡, building height of 180m, 33 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. China Resources Building was completed in May, 20 1 1. It is located in the central city complex of China Resources, above the golden corridor of Shenyang central axis. China Resources Land, the developer of Shenyang China Resources Building, is the flagship of China Resources Group's real estate business and a comprehensive real estate developer in China. 20 10 March, China resources land was included in the hang seng index of hong kong, becoming one of the 43 blue chips in hong kong. The architectural design of China Resources Building was jointly completed by RTKL Architects of the United States and Beijing Institute of Architecture of China, and ILYA Architectural Design Office of Japan was hired to carry out special interior design.
