Domestic waste collection and transportation enterprises shall comply with the provisions including

(a) according to the amount of domestic waste collection, classification, operation time, etc. , equipped with acquisition equipment and qualified personnel;

(two) timely classified collection of domestic waste to designated places, and shall not be mixed, dumped, discarded, scattered or piled up;

(three) the collection of vehicles to keep closed, intact and clean;

(four) clean up the workplace and keep the garbage collection facilities and the surrounding environment clean and tidy;

(five) the establishment of management ledger, record the source, type, quantity and destination of domestic waste, and report to the district domestic waste classification management institutions;

(six) other provisions of the state, province and this Municipality on the classified management of domestic waste.

Domestic garbage shall be collected, transported and disposed of separately, and mixed collection, transportation and disposal of domestic garbage shall be prohibited. Hazardous waste shall be collected and transported according to relevant national standards, and handed over to the approved hazardous waste disposal unit for harmless disposal. Recyclable materials shall be handed over to qualified recycling service units for utilization and disposal. Kitchen garbage and other garbage shall be transported to the disposal site in accordance with the prescribed time, route and requirements for harmless disposal and resource utilization.

Units engaged in the classified collection and transportation of domestic garbage shall comply with the following provisions:

(1) Collect and transport domestic garbage in accordance with relevant technical specifications and operating procedures, and equip them with qualified collection and transportation equipment and operators, and the collection and transportation equipment has obvious garbage classification marks;

(two) domestic waste collection and transportation vehicles should be closed, clean and in good condition, and domestic waste should be collected and transported to designated places on time, and should not be mixed, dumped, discarded, scattered or piled up at will;

(three) after transshipment at the transfer station, it shall be stored in a sealed manner and transported in time, and the storage time shall not exceed 24 hours;

(four) clean up the workplace and keep the garbage collection facilities and the surrounding environment clean and tidy;

(five) to formulate emergency plans for classified transportation of domestic waste, establish management ledgers, record the source, type, quantity and destination of domestic waste, and submit statistical data to the sanitation station every month.

Units engaged in the classified disposal of domestic garbage shall comply with the following provisions:

(a) in accordance with the technical specifications and operating procedures for the disposal of domestic waste;

(2) Operate and manage the disposal facilities in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and regularly maintain the roads, factories, garbage disposal facilities and their ancillary facilities and equipment in the field (factory) area to ensure the normal operation of the facilities and equipment;

(three) to formulate emergency plans for the classified disposal of domestic waste, establish management ledgers, measure the amount of daily domestic waste disposal, and submit statistical data to the sanitation station every month;

(four) in accordance with the provisions of sewage, waste gas, waste residue, etc. In the process of domestic waste treatment, the environmental impacts such as water, gas, noise and soil are regularly monitored and the test results are reported to the sanitation station.
