Was Changchun called Ji Chun before?

Changchun used to be called Xi Du, Chachong and Huanglongfu. Song, Liao and Jin Dynasties, the early Northern Song Dynasty, the Liao Dynasty set up Huanglongfu (namely Huanglongfu, now Nong 'an County), which belongs to Tokyo Road.
