Untransmitted property

Property service is the service management provided by the property management enterprise to the * * * part other than the exclusive part of the building. The parking spaces in the underground parking lot belong to the owner's exclusive part, but facilities such as vehicle passages and equipment rooms (such as fire fighting system and sewage system) still belong to the * * * part and should also be under the jurisdiction of the property enterprise. After the property enterprise takes over the property project, the developer is only the owner of unsold parking spaces rather than the owner of underground garages. Some equipment and facilities, sanitation, public security management and services of the underground garage still belong to the property service unit.

Unless the underground garage and the ground building do not belong to a property area, the facilities and equipment in the basement have nothing to do with the ground.
