3. Responsible for the daily specific administrative affairs management and departmental coordination of the Science and Technology City;

4. Be responsible for the informatization construction of the Science and Technology City; 5, responsible for information research, secretarial, important reception, confidentiality, letters and visits in Science and Technology City;

6. Be responsible for the sending and receiving of documents in Science and Technology City, message processing, document filing and printing;

(4) Investment Promotion Department

3. Assist the investment department of the district to introduce industrialization projects;

4. Cooperate with Sunan Industrial Research Institute to build innovative platforms and other carriers;

5. Provide relevant consulting services for settled enterprises and coordinate relevant regional departments;

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Science and Technology City.

(5) Ministry of Planning and Construction

1, responsible for the preparation and implementation of the project plan for the construction of science and technology city, and make a good project plan;

2. Responsible for the infrastructure construction, demolition and resettlement housing construction and the construction and management of various supporting facilities in the Science and Technology City;

3. Responsible for organizing the implementation of the survey, design, construction, supervision and management of related engineering contracts of construction projects undertaken by Science and Technology City;

4, responsible for assisting in the relevant procedures for the construction of science and technology city;

5, cooperate with the functional departments of the district to carry out supervision and management of the quality and safety of construction projects in this area;

6, responsible for the construction and management of green landscape engineering within the scope of science and technology city;

3. Cooperate with the functional departments of the district to carry out environmental protection work in this area;

4, responsible for all kinds of economic and scientific statistical work;

5. Organize special lectures, trainings and activities for enterprises;
