Garden units have completed the above-ground garden construction in Hongshan Square. After the settlement of the financial dispute, it is necessary to re-excavate the tap water in Hongshan Square. This requires coordinating Hongshan Square Management Office, Urban Management Bureau, Garden Bureau, Metro Construction Headquarters, Water Group and other units to promote the installation of tap water. In this process, we actively promote and strive for cross-synchronization of all work.
In the process of solving similar problems, we gradually became familiar with the workflow of property rights units and related responsible personnel, which provided convenience for solving similar problems in the future. We can take the initiative to communicate with relevant parties at the beginning of the property development project to see if there are any problems left over from the line construction, which will affect the follow-up work. Another big problem that I found in the management of construction drawing design is that there are many ambiguous clauses in the design contract, which leads to some waste of investment and inadequate design services, such as insufficient copies of agreed design documents, no design site service and no design quota. In this regard, I suggest that the management of design contracts should be strengthened.
