How to report electric vehicle charging?

Electric vehicle charging can be reported to the property or villagers' committees and residents' committees.

At the end of 20 17, the Ministry of Public Security issued the Notice on Standardizing Electric Vehicle Parking and Charging to Strengthen Fire Prevention. For residential quarters and buildings with realty service enterprises or competent units, realty service enterprises and competent units shall implement fire safety management for electric vehicle parking and charging within the management area in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Property Management Regulations.

Without the realty service enterprise or the competent unit, the township people's governments and sub-district offices under their jurisdiction should guide and help the villagers' committees and residents' committees to determine the fire safety management personnel for electric vehicle parking and charging and implement the management responsibilities according to the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Measures for the Implementation of the Fire Safety Responsibility System issued by the General Office of the State Council.

Conditional residential quarters and buildings should be combined with the actual situation to set up centralized parking and charging places for electric vehicles.
