1. First of all, you have to see whether the wall demolished by the owner belongs to the load-bearing wall. If it does not belong to the load-bearing wall, it can be demolished, mainly depending on whether the property has reasonable standard content restrictions on this piece;

2. If the property can be removed, the owner is allowed to remove it by himself. If not, the owner can only come to persuade to stop construction;

3. Inform through negotiation first. If the owner doesn't listen, tell the seriousness of the matter. If it doesn't work, the property will come forward to stop it.
