The Community Neighborhood Committee of North District of Yungang Street in Fengtai District of Beijing was established in April 2002. It was formed by the merger of five former neighborhood committees: Beidongli, Beixili, Beizhong, Taxi and Gangnan. The North District Community is located on the north side of Yungang, with Zhengang Tower in the east, Forest Park Road in the west, Changxindian Township in the north and Yungang Road in the south.
