The exhibition will continue to be dominated by real estate, organize qualified development projects in the city to participate in the exhibition, and display new commercial houses through sand table models, three-dimensional renderings, video videos, advertisements inside and outside the exhibition hall, electronic screen advertisements, promotional materials and other forms, and integrate supporting industries such as second-hand houses, finance, home improvement and building materials.
This session of the Housing Fair gives the following preferential policies to the houses traded during the Housing Fair:
(1) Preferential policies for deed tax subsidies (except Shenfu New Town)
If a newly-built ordinary residential commercial house with a construction area of less than 144 square meters is purchased in the urban planning area, and the house payment and deed tax are paid before 201315, the deed tax subsidy will be given according to 50% of the deed tax paid.
(2) Preferential policies for transaction fees and registration fees (except Shenfu New Town)
In the urban planning area, those who purchase newly-built ordinary residential commercial houses or ordinary second-hand houses with a building area of less than 144 square meters shall go through the formalities before 201315, and shall be exempted from the transfer fees (3 yuan per square meter for newly-built commercial houses and 6 yuan per square meter for second-hand houses) and housing registration fees.
Housing subsidy policy
If a newly-built ordinary residential commercial house is purchased in the urban planning area (the area is below 144 square meters), the development enterprise will give the house purchase subsidy according to the construction area of 100 yuan per square meter. Special rooms, preferential rooms and discount rooms can enjoy this preferential policy at the same time.
This year's Housing Fair will give the following preferential policies to the houses traded in Shenfu New Town during the Housing Fair:
1, the purchase of new commercial housing or ordinary second-hand housing below 144 square meters is free of housing transfer fees.
2, the purchase of new commercial housing, according to the actual amount of deed tax paid to give full subsidies.
3, the purchase of new commercial housing and subsidies for the first year of heating costs.
4, the purchase of new commercial housing free of one year property fees (borne by the development enterprise).
5, the purchase of new residential commercial housing, within one year from the date of check-in, give 50% water and electricity subsidies.
6. If a business owner who buys a new non-residential commercial house and invests in the life service industry applies for a business license and starts business within one year after the purchase, the tax generated from the operation within three years will be fully subsidized according to the retained part at the district level.
7, the purchase of more than 30 sets of housing, 30 yuan per square meter to give subsidies.
8. If a newly-built commercial house is purchased, the children can attend the public school of Shenfu New Town where the purchased house enters and enjoy the treatment of compulsory education.
9. During the Housing Fair, all exhibitors in Shenfu New Town will sell at the lowest price on the basis of the lowest price announced by the Housing Fair to benefit the people and enjoy the above policies.
The transaction procedures need to be confirmed by the on-site seal of the municipal housing transaction and registration management center. Those who purchase newly-built ordinary residential commercial houses shall pay the house purchase price in full within two months after the end of the exhibition (1 15 years ago), and hold the confirmation agreement and commercial house sales invoice before 20 1 16 years ago/October 22. Before165438+1October 15, you can go through the formalities at the municipal housing transaction and registration management center or the property management department of Fushun Economic Development Zone, and enjoy the exemption of transaction fees and registration fees. No longer enjoy preferential policies after the deadline.
