Is the external wall leaking under property management?

If it is water leakage caused by poor property management, it belongs to property management and the property should bear the responsibility; If it is a housing quality problem, it belongs to the developer and needs the developer to bear the responsibility. Generally, windows and doors of buildings have dripping eaves. When the balcony is rebuilt, some owners will move the window outward and press it on the dripping eaves. The floating rain will enter the gap between the window frame and the wall and pour water from the upper part of the window. In this case, the solution is to install drip eaves at the entrance of the cave (through various forms such as connectors or expansion), so that water can be discharged smoothly.
