Time limit for payment of property fees

Legal analysis: The general practice is to pay the property service fee monthly. Property management service fees are generally paid in the month after the buyer actually receives the house. Without the consent of the owner, the property management company cannot charge more than six months at a time, nor can it require the owner to pay a deposit of more than one year. So now most communities pay property fees on a monthly basis, as do utilities.

Legal basis: Article 42 of the Regulations on Property Management, the owner shall pay the property service fee according to the agreement in the property service contract.
