Does the owner have the right to know and supervise the property maintenance funds?

According to the relevant regulations, at the request of the owners' committee, the property management company needs to have a public report on the financial revenue and expenditure in the first half, the second half and the whole year, including the composition of property fees: public area cleaning, greening maintenance, equipment maintenance, outsourcing company expenditure and so on.
