Zhejiang Business Vocational College, formerly known as Hangzhou Secondary Business School, was founded in 19 1 1. Over the past century, the school has been adhering to the motto of "honesty, loyalty, diligence and simplicity" and the school policy of "educating people and serving the society", and has trained a large number of professional and technical talents, and emerged famous alumni such as economist Luo Gengmo and patriot Zhang Naiqi, which is known as the cradle of Zhejiang businessmen's talent training.

The main campus of the school is located in the picturesque Binjiang Higher Education Park in Hangzhou on the south bank of Qiantang River.
