Installation and maintenance-the power supply company will go to the site with the users or their entrusted automobile manufacturers and residential property management units to conduct electricity consumption and construction survey. For those with charging pile construction conditions, automobile manufacturers will make charging pile construction plans for users and arrange professional technicians with corresponding qualifications to carry out charging pile construction. After the automobile manufacturer has completed the construction and passed the acceptance, the power supply company will complete the installation and power connection of the electric meter within 5 working days. Vehicle manufacturers and power supply companies help individuals to complete the trial charging confirmation.

The owner of the charging pile shall be responsible for the maintenance of the charging pile. Automobile manufacturers can provide users with the maintenance of charging piles during the agreement period, or they can sign a service agreement with the residential property management unit, and the residential property management unit will assist in the construction, management and maintenance of charging piles to provide users with related services.

In fact, the planning and land management departments have clearly defined the charging pile configuration requirements for new public construction projects, residential quarters and social public parking lots in the land transfer conditions.
