Beijing Urban Construction Xinghua Real Estate Co., Ltd. belongs to Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd., which is a professional company focusing on real estate development and has the first-class qualification of real estate development and the second-class qualification of national construction project contracting. With a registered capital of 650 million yuan, the company has the ability to manage the whole process of real estate development, such as pre-planning of real estate, planning and design, land acquisition and demolition, construction management, house sales and property management, and can independently undertake the development and construction of large and medium-sized public buildings and residential quarters.

The predecessor of the company is Beijing Urban Construction Engineering Contracting Company, which was established in 199 1. It has successively completed municipal infrastructure projects such as Fushi Road, beiyuan road, Shaanxi-Beijing natural gas entering Beijing (Beijing section), Huaneng Thermal Power, water supply pipeline of the ninth water source plant, and municipal demolition and resettlement housing construction projects such as Mudanyuan Community and Luo Zhuang Xili Community, with a total investment of nearly 10 billion yuan.
