1. It is the obligation of every owner to pay the property fee according to the property service contract. The calculation of property fees is based on the fees that each owner can charge. Without the owner's property fee, the property company can only drink the northwest wind and cannot operate.

The property company collects the property fees of the owners' property rights, which are used for the maintenance of public buildings, equipment and facilities, venues and places in the whole community, the improvement of environmental sanitation, public order and traffic order, the normal use of fire-fighting equipment and the improvement of the functions of ancillary facilities. Without property fees, it is impossible to operate.

2. Property management companies and owners are equal subjects of civil contracts. Both parties shall, in accordance with the contract, fulfill their service obligations, management, payment of fees and enjoyment, and safeguard their rights and interests.
