Can the owners' committee allow the felling of trees?

Legal analysis: the owners' committee allows cutting down trees. The owners' committee refers to the executive body of the owners' congress, which is composed of owners' representatives elected by the owners in the property management area. By implementing the decisions of the owners' congress, it represents the interests of the owners, reflects the wishes and requirements of the owners to all sectors of society, and supervises and assists the property service enterprises or other managers in fulfilling the property service contract. Therefore, the owners' committee has the right to supervise and manage the problem of citizens cutting down trees in the community.

Legal basis: Article 45 of the Regulations on Property Management shall implement the matters decided by the owners' meeting and perform the following duties:

(a) to convene a meeting of the owners' congress and report on the implementation of property management;

(two) on behalf of the owners and the owners of the general assembly to hire property services companies to sign property services contracts;

(three) timely understand the opinions and suggestions of the owners and property users, and supervise and assist the property service enterprises to perform the property service contract;

(four) the implementation of the supervision and management system;

(five) other duties entrusted by the owners' congress.
