Whether the car can be moved after a collision usually depends on the specific situation:

2, but in order to protect the victims and destroy the scene, do not need to bear the responsibility. Before moving the accident vehicle, the evidence should be fixed, such as taking photos, asking witnesses to inspect the scene and testify, and signing by both parties to confirm the facts identified by * * *.

After the traffic accident, if there are no casualties, the parties have no dispute about the facts and reasons, or only cause minor property losses, and the basic facts are clear, they can negotiate to compensate for the losses and evacuate the scene. The facts and reasons must be disputed.

The traffic accident handling process is as follows:

1, protect the scene, and quickly call 122 to call the traffic police. If the vehicle is insured, it shall promptly notify the insurance company to go to the scene;

2. After receiving the instruction, the police on duty must rush to the scene within the promised time and dispose of the scene quickly;

3. Conduct on-site investigation, including on-site visit, photography, drawing, measurement and inspection;

4. After the on-site investigation records are verified, the parties or witnesses shall be required to sign the on-site map;

5, due to the need of inspection, if necessary, can detain the vehicle and relevant documents;

6. Agree with the parties to handle the accident;

7. After-the-fact investigation must be conducted according to law, including inquiry, trace extraction inspection, technical inspection, damage assessment and other necessary identification.

Legal basis: Article 76 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

If a traffic accident of a motor vehicle causes personal injury or property loss, the insurance company shall make compensation within the liability limit of compulsory motor vehicle third-party liability insurance; The insufficient part shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the following provisions:

(1) In case of a traffic accident between motor vehicles, the party at fault shall be liable for compensation; If both parties are at fault, they shall share the responsibility according to their respective fault proportions.

(two) motor vehicles and non-motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians have traffic accidents, and the non-motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians are not at fault, and the motor vehicle party shall be liable for compensation; If there is evidence that non-motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians are at fault, the liability for compensation of the motor vehicle party shall be appropriately reduced according to the degree of fault; If the motor vehicle party is not at fault, it shall be liable for compensation not exceeding 10%.

The loss of traffic accidents is caused by non-motor vehicle drivers and pedestrians deliberately colliding with motor vehicles, and the motor vehicle party is not liable for compensation.

Article 14 of the Procedures for Handling Traffic Accidents

In case of property damage accident, if the vehicle can be moved under any of the following circumstances, the parties concerned shall organize the personnel on board to evacuate to a safe place outside the road, fix the evidence by taking photos on the spot or marking the location of the accident vehicle under the principle of ensuring safety, and call the police after moving the vehicle to a place that does not hinder traffic:

(a) the motor vehicle has no inspection mark or no insurance mark;

(2) Collision with buildings, public facilities or other facilities.

Article 13

In case of casualties, property losses and any of the following circumstances, the parties concerned shall protect the scene and call the police immediately:

(a) the driver does not have a valid motor vehicle driver's license or the motor vehicle he is driving does not conform to the quasi-driving type specified in the driver's license;

(2) The driver is suspected of drinking alcohol or taking psychotropic drugs or narcotic drugs under state control;

(three) the driver is suspected of engaging in school bus business or passenger transport, seriously exceeding the rated passengers to carry passengers, or seriously exceeding the prescribed speed;

(4) The motor vehicle has no license plate or uses a forged or altered license plate;

(five) the parties cannot move the vehicle by themselves;

(6) One party leaves the scene;

(7) There is evidence that the accident was intentionally caused by one party.
